I ordered the lamb marsala, and it was excellent. The dish had just the right amount of heat—enough to be flavorful without overwhelming the palate. The lamb was tender and lean, avoiding the fattiness that can sometimes accompany this cut. It was clear that care had been taken in both preparation and presentation.
